Online Abacus Class Information
Our online Abacus classes offer a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for students ages 4 and up. Our structured class format ensures effective learning and our certified teachers with extensive experience are committed to helping each student succeed. Class Structure:
Duration: Each class is 1 hour long, held at the same time once a week during your scheduled class time slot.
Mode: Lessons are conducted via Zoom video calls, providing convenience and accessibility for students.
Progression:
Curriculum Overview: Our entire curriculum contains 10-grade levels in total. Students begin to see results as early as the completion of the first grade level, where they will be practicing mental math of one-digit numbers at fast speeds.
Grade Level Completion: Students can complete one grade level in 24 lessons, which span over 24 weeks (equivalent to 6 months). Our curriculum is designed to facilitate steady and meaningful progress.
Class Size:
Small Group Class: Benefit from a low teacher-to-student ratio of 4:1, allowing personalized attention and interactive learning in a collaborative environment.
Expert Teachers:
Certification and Experience: Our teachers are fully certified professionals with a wealth of experience ranging from 5 to 20 years of teaching history. Rest assured that your child will receive top-quality guidance from great teachers.
Recorded Classes:
Accessibility and Review: Every online class is recorded, enabling students and their families to revisit previous lessons at any time or watch any missed classes. This feature ensures continuous learning and accommodates different schedules.
Flexibility:
Paused Classes: You can pause and take a break from classes as long as you give your teacher a 30-day notice. However, we may not be able to reserve your scheduled time slot for when you decide to resume.
